What are the different sizes of Jade Eggs,
and what are they for? The Jade Eggs come in three sizes that correspond to varying

Why are some of the Jade Eggs predrilled
and others not? One
of each different size of Jade Eggs is predrilled. This is
to allow you to practice vaginal weight lifting with all three
sizes, depending on your preference. This could be based on
ability, strength, or body size, or any combination of the
above. The idea is that as you improve you may be able to lift
the same amount of weight with a smaller and smaller egg. As
for the egg that does not have a hole, this egg can be used
in conjunction with another egg to learn how to move each one

How and what do I weight lift with the

recommend the first couple of times you use the Jade Eggs,
to attach a string or silk cord through the drilled egg.
Using this will ensure that you can pull the egg out gently
at any
time you wish. If by chance you experience that the egg feels "stuck",
don’t worry! Relax... the egg will come out naturally,
often when youÕve completely forgotten about it. Laughing,
sneezing, or coughing can eject the egg. Squatting and pushing
out gently (as though having a bowel movement) works well. You
may try other positions like lying down and see what works best
for you. Inserting a finger to locate and guide the egg out is
helpful in letting you feel and guide your muscle movements.
Don’t overstrain or worry. The egg always comes out due
